Motorola launched its latest smartphone based on Android 2.3
called Fire XT and Fire. While Fire is a touch and QWERTY keyboard, Fire XT is just
touch only but a bigger screen.
Motorola FIRE XT is 3.5-inch screen, two cameras, including
a 5 megapixel, autofocus camera with flash. Motorola fire on the other hand,
has a 2.8-inch touchscreen and a full QWERTY keyboard, but a smaller camera
with 3 mega pixels.
Motorola Fire XT, the combined mid-range comes with a
3.5-inch display with capacitive touch HVGA resolution of pixels (480x320), with
only 11.95mm thick. Motorola Fire XT comes with 800 MHz processor with 512 MB
of RAM and 512 MB ROM.
Fire XT will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread updated and can
run the new user interface that allows the user to switch between the
previously set up modes. This mobile phone will support 3G networks and also
offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity.
Featuring a 5 megapixel camera at the back, this handset
also has a VGA camera in the front for video calling. Other features of this
handset include FM Radio with RDS, e-Compass, A-GPS, and 3.5mm audio port.
