Laptop Unveiled in India Rs.1,500 only($30)



India Thursday unveiled a Rs.1, 500 (about $ 30) laptop designed specifically for students. device is a cross between the IPAD and Tablet PC, and is designed by experts from IIT, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

 It can be recharged by a solar panel. But the device may not be available to students in 2011.
