Sony Ericsson has released three new models of mobile phones, the Xperia-X8, cedar and Yendi, namely the baseline for 3G mobile phones based on different platforms and features. The new models are available in stores in India in September 2010. Since the Android based smartphones are widely known worldwide, the company decided to bring 3G mobile phones in India and the range at affordable prices. Although the new Xperia, X8 offers entertainment for the Android platform, Cedar has all the features of the 3G device.
