Microsoft releases internet explorer 9
Microsoft has released an Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) browser, saying that "to free web more beautiful."
Microsoft has been testing public beta versions Internet Explorer 9(IE9) for a while and found that more than 40 million people have downloaded the beta version. The field mouse has been aggressively promoting a number of features IE9, culminating as HTML5 hardware acceleration.
This led Microsoft to get away with unsubstantiated hyperbole as "IE9 harnesses the power of the graphics processing unit (GPU); the release of 90 percent of the power of the PC went untapped by Web browsers." GPU-accelerated HTML5 is true for both Adobe Flash Player and improve performance, but must also improve battery life in laptops.
