Asus unveils new Padfone product which combines a tablet with a 3G mobile Smartphone

Asus has presented at the Computex Taipei 2011 Padfone, Tawi. The Padfone is a tablet which has reception of a mobile Smartphone. By sharing two devices, a person can only use the phone when they want, and use the tablet with the phone connected to the Internet for high-speed 3G and a widescreen display. Both devices are also able to share information.

Asus said the reason that combines mobile phone with a tablet was to meet the needs of users. Often, the mobile phone screen is too small to see. The tablets may miss a good internet connection. Using 3G mobile phone, they can easily connect to the World Wide Web. The screen of the mobile phone can now extend the use of the tablet. In addition, the data remains in the cell phone so you do not have to worry about synchronizing information between devices.

There are two batteries, one for the phone and one for the tablet. If the mobile phone runs out of battery, simply plug it into your tablet and you can use the second battery built into the tablet.
